In this video, I unbox the Asus RT-N16 Wireless-N Gigabit Router. I purchased the RT-N16 from ncix.com in August, 2010 and paid around $100 (Canadian).

Back January 2010, SmallNetBuilder.com reviewed the RT-N16. According to that review, here’s the RT-N16’s hardware specs:

• Single band Wireless-N networking in the 2.4 GHz range
• Gigabit WAN and LAN ports
• Broadcom BCM4718 processor running at 533 Mhz
• 128MB of RAM
• 32 MB of flash
• 2 USB2 ports
• 3 external antennas
