1) Updated the NDIS2 DOS driver file (b57.dos) to version 10.4.6 to support the Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx network card in the Dell Precision 690 (NIC vendorId 14E4 and deviceId 1600) and the Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx network card in the Dell Optiplex SX280 (NIC vendorId 14E4 and deviceId 1677).

2) Updated the auto-detect-network-card file (ndis.pci) to support auto detection of the Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx network card in the Dell Precision 690 by adding an entry for deviceId 1600.

3) Updated the auto-detect-network-card file (ndis.pci) to support auto detection of the Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx network card in the Dell Optiplex SX280 by adding an entry for deviceId 1677.
